With public transport: by metro from Rotterdam CS to Spijkenisse; change for bus to Brielle; change for bus to Maasvlakte Plaza will take 1 hour and 30 minutes; in addition walk from Maasvlakte Plaza to the beach 4 or 6.5 km depending on which route you take.
